Role: Project Manager required from Pre-Concept Stage / Construction / Hand Over of a 1.5m sq meter World Class Entertainment & Leisure Theme Park & in the coordination of different project components, project teams, other consultants and contractors. 11 components including: Water Park, Wildlife, Hospitality 35* Hotels , an Equestrian Center, Edutainment Center, Retail, Leisure, Dining and Luxury Villas etc.
****5 years on building MEGA THEME PARKS including the Rides, Studios & Attractions, the full Park not just 1 component
Please do not apply if you have only done 5 Star Hotels or Large Mixed Use Resorts for example
****GCC experience & working for a Developer Directly required & non-negotiable *Pre-Concept & Concept experience a must*
Project Stage: In Design stage & has the green light, duration 4 years
Experience:
Arch / Eng Degree and 15+ years exp
Manages all building phases, including set-up, timeline, design integrity and interface.
Prepares proposals, contracts, fees, bidding processes with senior management, executes a master plan to track progress.
