The opportunity
The front of house department of Macro provides a specialized range of professional services to internal and external guests to the MENA region head office.
Responsible for providing a professional and efficient reception service to high profile commercial clients.
The job holder will be a keen advocate of best practice and employ company policies and procedures as standard working practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
Employee Engagement, Query Management, and Resolution
· Workplace Facilities Inspections and Floor Walks
· Stewardship of Workplace Behaviour -Flexible Working
· Locker Management-Flexible Working
· Support Collection of Internal Occupancy Data
· Pantry & Utility Area Management
· Provide support to team members including complaint handling, feedback management, standards, and client service delivery
· Assist with administrative duties or project work as required
· Reception duties as required, including: break coverage, ensuring the reception and public spaces are clean and tidy with the furniture in the appropriate positions at all times
· Conduct regular visual checks on meeting room usage (vacant or in use) to support ad hoc analysis of bookings vs utilisation
· Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client stakeholders and take a proactive approach to meeting expectations
· Awareness and compliance to Mace Macro and Client HSSE
· Ensuring safety of work practices and procedures of Mace Macro employees and contracted employees
Other Responsibilities are Location Dependent and may include:
GRH Media Presence
· Workplace Signage & Notice Board Management
· Co-ordination of On-Site Vendor Activity
· Executive Meeting Suite Management
· Event Management
· New Joiner On boarding
Qualifications
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a cost, program, construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
Must 3-5 years working in a hospitality industry
With Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
